Promoting Diversity

Of those HR managers recently surveyed by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the majority (76%) reported that their organization has practices to address workplace diversity.

Large organizations were more likely to have diversity programs/practices (94%) compared to medium (71%), and small organizations (60%). Of the 400 HR professionals surveyed, 21% said that their organization employs staff dedicated to diversity practices. [Read More].
